Our Mission:

At STR our mission is to provide our customers convenience and peace of mind knowing that they can have all of their RV, heavy truck and motorhome repair, maintenance, and storage needs met at one facility. We strive to provide reliable, quality services at competitive rates with a view toward building lasting customer relationships.

What We Do

The business was initially established to provide repair and maintenance services for RVs motorhomes, heavy trucks, and trailers. In our next phase we will add a storage facility for RVs, trailers and motorhomes, giving our customers a one stop shop to meet all of their repair, maintenance and storage needs. We will also be adding a storefront to sell RV supplies, as well as a dump station and a fresh water station on site as a means of offering our customers maximum convenience and service.

Our USP

Differentiation is one of the most important strategic and tactical activities in which Springbank Truck & RV Repair constantly engages – Our Unique Selling Proposition therefore is:

• We are the only repair shop with both Heavy Duty mechanics and RV technicians on staff to handle all aspects of repairs and maintenance needed on Heavy Trucks, RVs and Motorhomes. In adding a storage facility, we will afford our customers convenience and services not offered at any other storage lot, or at any other repair shop.

• RV and Motorhome Maintenance and Storage at the start of the season, our storage customer may call or email to let us know when they would like to pick up their RV or motorhome, and we schedule an appointment to de-winterize their unit accordingly. No need for the customer to deliver their RV or motorhome, we simply retrieve the unit, perform the maintenance needed, and return it to its designated storage area. The customer can then pick up their vehicle from storage at their leisure-ready to go! At season’s end, the customer needs only to let us know they have returned. We will then schedule winterizing and any other maintenance needed and then return the unit to its storage area, safely tucked away for the winter. Repair services can also be arranged in this way. This group of services makes it easy for our customer to maintain their RV or motorhome and offers a level of convenience not found at any other storage facility or repair shop in Calgary. We can also apply this service model to our heavy truck and fleet customers.

• Storefront – selling RV supplies as an added convenience for our customers.

• Fresh Water Station and Dump Station — We will set up a freshwater station and a dump station on site which will further enhance our one-stop-shop model. We also own a septic tank cleaning business, so we can easily service the dump station.

• Landscaping equipment repair and servicing centre, continuing our one-stop-shop service model
